This river, the Nenana river, is located immediately adjacent to Denali National Park and Preserve and passes by the McKinley Village where the Host had an overnight stay. The river is glacier fed. There was a sign saying that a Grizzly bear had recently been seen immediately by this property. Beautiful and dangerous.

Revised Keeping Kurrent Web SiteSeason #8 October 1, 2005 - September 30, 2006 The current web site has been changed by adding different colors and re-organizing the general layout. You'll find more background on recent and previous guests according to the various show topics.. I hope you'll enjoy learning more about the individual guests and will discover ideas that you think should be explored. Also, during the early part of November 2006 Keeping Kurrent added a web page that allowed guests to download mp3 files. The files represent shows that have occured during Season #8. These files are readily available to those with DSL and Broadband internet access. However, each segment is 1/2 hour long and may take about 10 minutes to load for playing. The host, Wayne Potter, will be looking for ways to add streaming audio so you can enjoy these recordings more quickly. Do you have any problems accessing these files? Let the host know.
